From the moment i walked through the door i was made to feel welcome. From the lady on the front desk to the lady who done my pre test to the optician,then the lady who helped me with the glasses and contacts i was after. After going to other opticians in the past i can happily say this experience was 100%. Five stars to all the staff.

There was time taken to explain my issues so I have a clear understanding of what to watch out for in the future and what to do. When I was trying to choose glasses the staff were very helpful, they helped me course a pair that suit my face, and explained the current offer of Buy one get one half price so I can also get a pair for driving. I am very happy with the service I received. It took me a couple of attempts to book the appointment online, but that could be because I was tired!
